Change of Mind / Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, and the inability to on-sell these items, it is not feasible for our business to accept returns, meaning we do not offer refunds on our products.

We encourage careful consideration prior to ordering your goods.

Once your order is placed, we will draft up your design, and you will receive an artwork proof for review via email.

It is important to check over all artwork elements in the proof, including but not limited to your colour choice, spelling, grammar and wording content.

We do our best in communicating your artwork in the proof effectively, so your expectations of the actual product are realistic.

 

Cancellation of Order

Should you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours after initially placing your order.

After this time, order cancellations are not possible, due to commencement of production on your custom goods.

 

Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective or differing to your approved digital proof (excluding the terms discussed in our 'Order Terms & Conditions'), please contact us immediately.

We will do everything in our power to rectify any issues in regards to the above situations.
