Please take the time to read through our Terms and Conditions carefully prior to placing your order.

Once your order is placed, you hereby indicate to us that you have read, and accept the below Terms and Conditions.

Turnaround Time

Our stubbies are a custom product, and therefore all stubbies are made-to-order.

Please allow up to 4 weeks production time from proof approval. It's important to understand that shipping time is on top of this.

It's best practice to order no later than 8 weeks out from your event for QLD, NSW, ACT, SA & TAS customers. For WA customers, please order no later than 10 weeks out from your event due to the current postage circumstances to the West Coast.

If you have added our 'Rush My Order' product to your cart, then your order is now classified as a Rush Order! Hooray, you've jumped the queue!

Your stubbies will be printed, handmade and dispatched within 2-4 business days from the date of your proof approval.

All artwork, products, images and information present on this website remain the sole property of The Cheers Co, and by The Australian Copyright Act, may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, modified, adapted or communicated without our written permission.

All products and images are original designs and work of The Cheers Co. Without these products, we would have no business. Our business is our livelihood, so think twice before requesting other businesses to replicate our work for a cheaper rate. We value our product, and we stand by what we create. What you pay for, really is what you get. 

Use of our work by any others, for any reason, is strictly prohibited and will be considered copyright infringement, in which case we will take immediate action to seek the appropriate financial compensation.

 Proofing

An electronic proof will be sent to the customer for review and approval (generally within 24hrs of The Cheers Co receiving your order). Should the customer require any adjustments to the proof, there is a re-proofing tolerance of 2 revisions. This means the customer is entitled to 3 proofs in total.

The customer is responsible for the final proof and layout approval prior to printing.  Approval is accepted electronically via email or the Proofing Portal. With final approval, the customer is verifying that spelling, grammar, colour and content are all correct.  The layout is accurate and the customer understands that item(s) will print as-seen on the proof, less any colour accuracy (described in our ‘Colour Disclaimer’).

After approval, The Cheers Co is not responsible for any errors made by the customer on the final print caused by any of these common reasons, but not limited to: omitted text or punctuation, mistyped and / or misspelled words, or incorrect grammar and / or punctuation.

Additional costs to reprint any item will be the customer’s responsibility.  Any changes made to the proof AFTER final approval but PRIOR to printing may be changed for a fee quoted at time of change request.

Returns and Refunds

Our stubby holders are not returnable or refundable. Due to the custom nature of our products, and the inability to on-sell these items it is not feasible for our business to accept returns on these items.

We encourage careful consideration prior to ordering your goods. The Cheers Co do their absolute best in communicating the artwork in the proof effectively, so your expectations of the actual product are realistic. Though we have no doubt that you will be ecstatic with our stubby holders once they arrive at your door!

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective or differing to your approved digital proof (excluding the terms discussed in our 'Colour Disclaimer'), please contact us immediately. We will do everything in our power to rectify any issues in regards to the above situations.

Colour Disclaimer

Whilst every endeavour is made to accurately reproduce colours, there may be minor variations in colour of the actual product vs. the digital representation on your screen. This is due to many factors, but not limited to the following: monitor calibration, printer manufacturer, printer set up, substrate used, as well as design & viewing software.

Digital Printing can be known to cause very minor streaks and dots in printed products. The subtle dithering is entirely due to the CMYK process and cannot be prevented; it is the nature of this print method.

WHITE Stubbies - Should the main colour of your stubby holder be white, it is a reasonable expectation that minor specks/dots will occasionally appear on your stubby holders.

This happens due to tiny particles of lint getting trapped in between the fabric throughout the print process. These flecks are normally hidden when we print coloured stubby holders, but when you select 'white' as your main colour, there is technically no background colour printed on them, hence any minor lint flecks appear. These flecks are not deemed a defect and are simply a characteristic of white stubbies.

All of our stubby holders are consistently quality checked throughout the whole manufacturing process, so rest assured, we will never dispatch a stubby holder that does not meet our very high standards.

By placing an order with us, you are agreeing that you have read, understand and agree to these terms. Please note there will be no returns accepted due to colour variances.

Postage

The Cheers Co will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of any goods in transit once your order has been dispatched from our Studio. We pride ourselves on our secure packaging, trusted courier services and the delivery methods we offer.

All goods will be sent via a transit service provider that offers tracking on the package. Once your goods leave our Studio, you will receive a shipping notification that contains the tracking number for your parcel. 

Please note tracking notifications can sometimes take 24hrs to be updated via the transit service provider.

Should you wish to pay for shipping insurance, please reach out to us after placing your order. This will be charged at cost-price and is dependent upon your order quantity and the freight provider used. We will quote this on a case-by-case basis.
