HOW TO ORDER
1. Select the number of pets to be drawn.
2. Tell us their names, so we can feature them in the design!
3. Select your stubby quantity using the drop-down box.
4. Choose your colours (Maximum of 2 colours per order)
5. Select your Front & Back designs.
6. Leave any personalisation text and event info in the text boxes provided.
7. Place your order - easy as that!
Our artist will get to work on your custom pet portraits - this part of the process takes 4-7 days, so please be patient!
Once your portraits are done, we'll incorporate them into your custom stubby cooler design. The proof link will then be emailed to you.

COLOURS
For any orders of Qty 40+ coolers, you can choose up to 2 colours. We'll split your order 50/50 - so if you order 40 coolers, you'll receive 20 in one colour and 20 in the other.
If you have a certain colour split ratio, for instance you order Qty 50 but you want Qty 15 in Blush and Qty 35 in Navy - please let us know in the 'Notes' section and we'll do our best to accommodate this.
LEAD TIME
Our stubbies are made-to-order. PET PORTRAIT STUBBY HOLDERS - Allow up to 5 weeks production time from placement of order. Shipping time is on top of this.
Please note Rush Orders are not available for our Pet Portrait Stubby Holders.
It's best practice to order no later than 8 weeks out from your event for QLD, NSW, ACT, SA & TAS customers. For WA customers, please order no later than 10 weeks out from your event due to the current postage circumstances to the West Coast.
